Steps for renewing foreign workers' work permits and visas

Renew work permits and visas for foreign workers completing two years under the MOU system

1. Workers attend a medical examination (see medical examination details)
2. Workers have photographs taken at a photo studio or at our office free of charge
3. The employer signs the forms prepared by our team
4. Submit all documents to the company

Employer documents required forRenewing foreign workers' work permits and visas

Employer documents (two sets of copies)

1. Company registration certificate issued within the past three months (corporate employers)
2. Copy of the employer's Thai ID card
3. Copy of the employer's house registration
4. Copy of commercial registration, if applicable
5. Sign and affix the company seal to each copy

Worker documents required for work permit and visa renewal

1. Original passport
2. Original work permit
3. Six 1.5-inch photographs with a white background (Photographs can be taken at our office)
4. One upper-body photograph on a white background, printed on A4 paper (Photographs can be taken at our office)
5. Medical certificate and hospital payment receipt
