90-day reporting service for Myanmar, Lao and Cambodian nationals

Documents may be submitted up to 15 days before the due date and no later than seven days after it.

Required documents

  1. Original passport
  2. Appointment slip for the next report

Notes

  • Foreign nationals may report their residence within 15 days before or seven days after the due date, under Immigration Bureau Order 222/2553 dated 9 December 2010.
  • Reporting residence after 90 days is a separate procedure from applying to extend permission to stay.
  • Foreign nationals staying more than 90 days who fail to report or report late must attend in person and pay a THB 2,000 fine. If arrested, the fine is THB 4,000.
  • After leaving Thailand and returning, the 90-day period starts again.
